1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Octendr ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Octendr for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without express written consent
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Octendr
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

Octendr provides WhatsApp integration services for GoHighLevel users. We facilitate connection between your WhatsApp account and GoHighLevel platform, enabling message automation, workflow triggers, and communication management. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's policies.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. If you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To send spam or bulk messages that violate WhatsApp's policies
• To transmit any viruses or malicious code

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Octendr are provided on an "as is" basis. Octendr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Octendr or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Octendr, even if Octendr or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
