Connecting Your WhatsApp Account
Octendr supports both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Business API.
Requirements
- A WhatsApp Business account
- A verified phone number
- Access to your phone for QR code scanning
Connection Process
1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click "Connect WhatsApp"
3. Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp app
4. Authorize the connection
Troubleshooting
If you're having issues connecting, make sure:
- Your phone has an active internet connection
- You're using WhatsApp Business (not regular WhatsApp)
- Your browser allows camera access for QR scanning
